To provide sound and timely legal advice and services to the Company; to ensure corporate affairs are conducted within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures and international best practices.   • Provide legal advisory and regulatory support for retirement and unit trust products. These include, among other things, drafting, reviewing and making changes to constitutive documents establishing the products as well as to the marketing documents and materials of the products. • Liaise with relevant regulators. Handle (i) application to regulators for products to be approved/authorized for sale in Hong Kong; (ii) application to regulators for changes to products and the constitutive documents and/or marketing documents and materials. • Draft and review various kind of commercial contracts and legal documents. Handle company secretarial work including preparation of board resolutions, minutes, agenda for board meetings and filing of relevant forms/corporate documents. • Keep abreast of regulatory updates in the MPF, mutual fund and insurance industries as well as other changes in laws and regulations that might impact the company’s business. Advise on the appropriate actions need to be taken. • Provide support to the Director, Legal, where necessary, as assigned to him/her from time to time. Role Purpose: The Information Security Manger serves as the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. A key element of the role is working with senior management to determine acceptable levels of risk for the organization. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.   Essential Functions:   Information Security Program (Local & Global) - Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program - Work directly with the business to facilitate risk assessment and risk management process - Develop and enhance an information security management framework - Interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services - Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization - Partners with key stakeholders including PI Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and Principal’s Information Security and Risk across the organization to raise awareness of risk management concerns - Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems - Partners with PI Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and Principal’s Information Security and Risk department to implement technology, procedures, and policies in alignment with the PI Information Security program; - Acts as subject matter expert (SME) related to local regulations for Information Security - Responsible for implementing and testing Principal Acceptable Risk Safeguards (ARS) controls within the member company; - Coordinates the implementation of compliance requirements related to information security and privacy laws and local regulations; - Responsible for the creation, implementation of country/member company specific information security processes and procedures; - Supports internal and external IT audits; - Provides Information Security updates to in-country risk committee(s) and PI BISO; - Provides ongoing feedback to the PI BISO to further enhance our PI Information Security Program.
