As a Supervisor, Pension Sales Development Support, you will provide comprehensive service support to core pension department, participate in department projects and coordinate between relevant parties. 

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client related documents and reports in timely basis
• Prepare project materials and presentation deck
• Carry out general administrative duties and provide support to RM team 
• Perform any job-related duties and special projects as required

• Higher Diploma or above in Business administration or related disciplines
• 3 years of working experience, preferably in financial services industry
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Good writing skill in English and Chinese
• Strong in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior officer/ Officer
