Responsibilities

Our Customer Contact Center dedicates to provide quality customer services to members as to support their investment and retirement needs. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for inbound & outbound calls within a call centre environment and handle customer inquiries through electronic means.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Handle walk-in customers occasionally;
  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation of customer contact centre functions;
  • Assist in preparing relevant materials in response to client enquiry and requests and provide administrative support to other team within the departments in a professional manner;
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need real passion in customer service and have the ability to communicate and interact with different people.

 

Other key skills required for the role:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy customer driven environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
