Be part of our Mutual Fund Sales team, this is a prefect role for client services professional in wealth management & insurance industry with a mind to grow your sales career.  

Reporting to Managing Director of Mutual Fund Sales and Distribution, you will assist in DCIO sales primarily as well as bank retail sales to deliver client services for APIF platforms, insurance and banks in Hong Kong.  In Principal, our product coverage includes UCIT, APIF and Hong Kong domiciled funds to be distributed through MPF fund platform, CIES scheme and Wealth Management Connect (WMC) scheme.  

Key Responsibilities and Success factors:

• Providing client services and managing client reporting process for DCIO clients
• Working with investment specialist team to develop pitch book and conducting regular fund performance analysis and preparing ad hoc sales materials
• Providing support in product training sales for distribution partners and business development initiatives as assigned.

About You: 

• University graduate or equivalent with SFC licensed holder (Type 1)
• At least 5+ years of sales, sales support and client services experiences from fund management or wealth management of retail banks, insurance agencies and Chinese wealth management companies
• Responsible, client-focused with ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail  
• Good proficiency in Microsoft office, especially powerpoint  
• Good communication skills and fluent in speaking and writing in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Ability to present and client communication in Mandarin is preferred
• Knowledge in Bloomberg & Morningstar would be an advantage
